Young (less than one year old at bottling), handcrafted mezcal made of 100% agave (Agave Tequilana Weber). This crystalline distillation ranges between 50% and 53% alcohol / volume, depending on the conditions specific to each lot. The bouquet is redolent of the fine, perindustrialization Tequilas of the early 20th century. Yes, there are notes of Tequila, but, lest we forget that it is a true Mezcal, the nose is herbaceous, and earthy with strong anise. On the palate, it is bold, sweet and floral, and laced with tropical fruit. In Pierde Almas Tequilana Weber, the Blue Agave returns to its roots.

Perhaps the most gin-like of all the mezcals, this joven, which is made from blue agave, is bright and perky, with pine, juniper and menthol notes, plus a clean finish.
