The 2020 Vino Frizzante Secco Rosso Lambrusco Concerto pulls you close, with a sweetly scented bouquet of violet candies and lavender giving way to blueberry tinged with hints of tangerine. This impresses with its incredible balance. It comes across as silky with a pleasant inner sweetness, yet also concentrated and primary, as masses of ripe berries and spices saturate the palate. The 2020 tapers off dry and persistent, leaving purple-tinged inner florals and the slightest tug of tannin that frames the experience remarkably well. This is a wonderfully balanced glass of Lambrusco.
