Appearance: In the eye, the color is intense garnet red. Aroma: On the nose, the wine in its early youth is marked by aromas of blackcurrant. Over time, the fruity flavors fade to gradually give way to peppery and liquorice notes. Flavor: The palate reveals a beautiful framework and strong aromas characteristic of the original terroir. Pairings: Grill, wild mushrooms, game ... including spicy sauces.
