The seductive candied honey and orange notes emerge first, then secondary aromas of almond, apricot and vanilla appear. Taste: Smooth, impressively dense flavor, with notes of orange and apricot. Beautiful enduring length. The essence of the grape. This wine is an example of the excellence of Sauternes wines: powerful, structured and elegant, with notes of fruits and intense flowers, with great aging possibilities.

Barrel Sample. Opulent honey notes dominate the flavor of this super-rich wine. A dry core of botrytis gives an almost mineral character to the wine. Full bodied, a blend of apricot and crisp pear notes are generous and concentrated.

On the fresher side, with honeysuckle and orange blossom notes leading the way before more typical glazed peach, creamed yellow apple and yellow plum flavors flow through.
