Aroma: Bright aromatics of ripe lemon and Asian pear, honeysuckle, oak barrel spice with a little pound cake like richness. Mouth Feel: The palate is full with bright lemon, yellow apple and unripe pear with shortbread and orange blossom accents leading to a clean, crisp finish showing lingering citrus and ripe pineapple on a background of French oak and barrel spice. Food Pairing: Try it with baked Lobster and drawn butter, or try a salt roasted pear tortellini with shaved parmesan.
