This wine has a unique pale silver-pink hue. Aromas of raspberries, cherries and a few secondary whiffs of minerality. A lively mousse, but fine in the mouth, with subtle red berry flavours enlivened by bright acidity. Brisk, yet delicate on the palate, bursting with flavours of freshly crushed berries and hints of oyster shell. Flirtatious and fun, yet elegant and structured, it's perfect for all seasons and settings.

Pale silver-pink. Lively, fruit-driven scents of strawberry, raspberry and flowers; I might have picked this blind as Pinot from the nose. Conveys a touch of sweetness but lovely acidity frames the wine's lively red berry and cherry fruit flavors. Not the most refined mousse but easy to drink, and with good backbone and acidity. Finishes with a touch of mineral firmness and very good length. A distinctly open-knit, rather commercial style but very good.

Raspberry and pomegranate flavors mark this easygoing sparkler, with good balance and a soft texture. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Drink now. 3,000 cases imported.

A soft, dry sparkling rosé with modest aromas and flavors of strawberry hull, white cranberry and grapefruit peel. Medium bodied with assertive carbonation and a clean finish. So juicy and refreshing, this would be an excellent choice for brunch or lunch al fresco.
