Previously known as Zubrowka, the Polish word for the bison grass that flavors this spirit, this vodka has a faint yellowish tinge and mixes intriguing herbal, menthol and sweet vanilla flavors. It has a bit of alcohol bite, but that serves to add delicacy and liveliness. Look for a blade of bison grass inside the bottle.
