Hotel California Tequila was created by John Stewart and Alejandro Blanco, owners of The Hotel California in Todos Santos, Baja, and brought to the United States by Sipping Spirits of Glastonbury, CT. In 2009, the Mexican partners and Sipping Spirits merged to form one company to consolidate efforts in marketing a fabulous brand with a legendary name.
Tonight we will be sampling the Blanco (double Gold Winner of the 2009 San Francisco Spirits competition) and the Reposado, aged in oak for 6 months. Incredible smoothness and great taste!
