Our proprietary blend of botanicals, packed into a gin head suspended over a pot still, infuses the distillate with its unique essence. We use this time honored and labor intensive method to bring you a London dry style gin of exceptional quality.

Perfumy pine and licorice, with some citrus in the background. This gin starts floral and dry, and finishes with bitter orange peel, clove and peppery bite. When chilled, this gin has a sweetness to it. Would make an intriguing martini.
