Super fruity with Bing cherry aromas mixed in with blueberry blossom. This is a medium to full bodied wine with flavors of boysenberry, red pear, red apple, and anise. The wine has soft and round tannins that lift the fruit flavors and leave lingering notes of fruit leather, cedar plank, and fresh tobacco. This is a very versatile wine that will pair great with most beef dishes, oily fish like salmon or steelhead, tomato based sauces on ravioli or spaghetti, and mild hard cheeses.

The Pendulum swings towards a full body, big fruit and the muscular tannins to back it all up. Aromas of blackcurrant, bacon fat, bay leaf and violets lead to rich, thick flavors of blueberries, black tea and beignets drizzled with powdered sugar. BBQ ribs will thank you for this wine.
