Expect a rich, golden brown color in your bottle of Three Wood. What gives whisky its color? As the Single Malt matures in the quality bourbon and sherry barrels, a new and complex color and flavor profile is created over time. Aromas of blackcurrant, brown sugar, orange, plum and raisin notes are present in our Three Wood. Tastes of fruit and syrup. Hazelnut with hints of cinnamon and lemon. A butterscotch sweetness adds to the overall complexity. The finish is a fresh and fruity, smooth whisky with long lasting oaky sweetness.

The name of this whisky is a nod to how it's matured in three different casks: American Bourbon, Spanish oloroso and Pedro Ximénez Sherry. It's robust, with a deep amber hue and rich caramel scent. The flavor profile shows toffee, campfire smoke and a mouthwatering butterscotch note on the exhale. It almost reads like a peated Bourbon.
