Cherry, luscious, complex. I know I'm a bit partial, but I think this is one of the best Willamette Valley wines we've ever made. What a great growing season we had! The fruit quality was just perfect-not too ripe, fresh and juicy, and full of complexity and nuance. This wine highlights those characteristics and does so with all the verve our region is known for.

This veers toward the more earthy, herbal style of Willamette Valley Pinots-more Eola-Amity Hills than Dundee Hills, at least in terms of flavor. It's a well-integrated mix of blood orange, cranberry and plum fruit, with darker flavors of earth and baking chocolate.
