Straw yellow with greenish hues, fine perlage, slow fermentation index. Intense orange blossom, peach and thyme (the main aromas found in the grapes). Intense, elegant and lingering. The sweet sensations are well balanced with a pleasant acidity and fruity aromas typical of Muscat grapes. Ideal with pastries, cakes, fruit tarts, ice cream, biscuits. Also delicious with cheeses such as gorgonzola and in cocktails.

This wine was primarily cold-fermented to accentuate the classic characteristics of grapes grown in this cool-climate, Sonoma County appellation. Beautiful pear and flfloral aromas lead to flflavors of stone fruit, tangerine, honey and lime zest. A small percentage of the wine was fermented and aged in oak to add texture and a pretttty vanilla note. This is a bright and vibrant Chardonnay with a fifinish that lingers with the creaminess from the French-oak aging. Pair this with spring rolls, oysters, ceviche or a lobster bisque.

Palate: The wine is medium bodied and linear but retains generous focused citrus fruit flavors with sleek, balanced and crisp acidity. The wine remains vivacious and fresh on the finish with clean citrus fruit and stony minerality. The wine has a long, very pleasant lingering finish. Decanting and exposure to air opens the aroma and palate of the wine. Food Suggestions: Grilled fish, white and red meat. Ideally served at 12°-14°C.
DeMorgenzon DMZ Chardonnay 2017DeMorgenzon, ’the morning sun,’ was so named because it is the first part of the Stellenboschkloof valley to see the sun because of its high altitude and aspects. We cover the top southern and eastern slopes of Ribbokkop, overlooking the pinnacle of Kanonkop from where a cannon was fired to alert the farms in the region that a ship had put into Table Bay. The first road from Cape Town to Stellenbosch ran through the Stellenbosch Kloof.

Notes of ripe fruit, especially apricot and peaches, combine with further notes of honey, hazelnut and almond. These aromas are enhanced by delicate hints of vanilla, a product of its barrel ageing. Palate: this wine stands out for its balance and harmony. Its body, volume and roundness provide it with a great presence and lengthy finish.
Terranoble Chardonnay 2018This Chardonnay of bright pale-yellow color, shows aromas of fresh fruits, especially pears, apples and pineapple. On the palate the wine displays a fresh and delicate style and a balanced acidity, making it very easy to drink. Pair with crab cakes, pasta alla carbonara, or fried chicken.
