The 2020 Barolo Bricco Boschis is a dark, somber wine. Black cherry, lavender, gravel, cloves and incense add to an impression of brooding power. Even so, the 2020 remains medium in body, with classic lines and tons of persistence. It is another gorgeous, vivid wine from Roccheviberti.

The 2020 Barolo Bricco Boschis is ripe ruby in color, with aromas of crushed strawberries, pine, herbes de Provence, and pepper. Medium-bodied, it's more apricot-driven on the palate, with ripe tannins and dried roses. It offers a good deal of citrus on the palate, with red berries, a lovely mineral undertone, and some oak spice that will take time to develop, but it has a great finish. Drink 2025-2040.
