This densely packed wine is layered in gorgeous fruits from raspberries and dark plums to sweet cherries, all wrapped in velvety tannins for a smooth and creamy texture. The subtle oak spices are flooded by the potent fruitiness that lingers long on the finish. Best 2027-2035.

The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon Oakville Reserve reveals more lifted, slightly volatile aromatics of plums, candied violets, and leafy herbs. Uber-ripe and concentrated, with quality tannins, it's a solid, enjoyable Oakville effort to drink over the coming decade.

The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon Oakville Reserve is a powerful, bombastic wine. Inky dark fruit, chocolate, lavender, spice, menthol and mocha are all dialed up. This has reasonably good depth, almost enough to balance the harshness of the tannins. The Reserve is a blend mostly from Weitz and Fortuna.
