The 2020 Rosat Intens is a Monastrell Corpinnat bottled after 31 months on the lees. Intense cherry-red in color, its attractive, fruit-forward nose boasts aromas of pomegranate and herbal/reductive notes. Dry and light, with a deep mousse, it lasts long on a sour cherry note-a savory Rosé with a wild core.
