A lively, precise and bright blend of 60% pinot meunier, 30% chardonnay and 10% pinot noir. Fresh and vivid with aromas of dried pears, spiced apples, cinnamon, nutmeg and some baked brioche. It’s medium-bodied with bright acidity and character. Vibrant and precise with a long, flavorful finish. Disgorged in 2024. Dosage 4.5g/L. Drink or hold.

The NV Extra Brut Ultradition is a terrific introduction to the range. Bright and delineated, with fine balance, the Ultradition has a ton to offer. This release is a blend based on 2021, with 40% reserve wines from 2020 and 2019. Naturally, it is a bit on the lighter side, and yet all the elements are nicely balanced. Dosage is 4.5 grams per liter. Disgorged: January 2024.
