A'Bunadh Alba offers a smooth counterpoint to A'Bunadh's richness and spice. It brings a honeyed sweetness which appeals to the committed Bourbon drinker, owing to maturation in first fill Bourbon barrels. Tasting Notes: Aromas of ripe red apples, along with honey, vanilla and a hit of cinnamon. On the palate, sweet, with a creamy, oily texture with elements of citrus zest, cinnamon and dried apple emerge. Matured in ex American oak for a long and sweet finish with a pronounced pepperiness.

Intriguing and challenging bouquet of aromas of roasted nuts, old leather, black pepper, old oak and dried fruit. Palate entry is aggressive in spirit, but sweet and pruny; midpalate is drier and features tastes of leather and grain. Aftertaste teems with oak resin, hard cheese (meaning, rancio), candied nuts, candied fruit and dark honey. Add mineral water.
