Luxus is handmade and aged in the Caribbean for 10 years before making its way across the Atlantic to the Williams & Humbert facilities in Jerez, Spain, where is it aged using the solera system for another 5 years in 20-year-old ex-sherry casks. This unique rum acquires exceptional tastes and nuances from the two cultures appealing to the most refined palates and making it a luxury for the most sybaritic lifestyles. As seen on its label, Dos Maderas Luxus is committed to protecting Sea Turtles in the Caribbean by dedicating a portion of funds from every bottle sold to charity, SOS Nicaragua, who’s noble mission is to save and protect sea turtles.
Tasting notes
Intense amber in color, leading into notes of vanilla, almond, husk, tobacco, and black tea. Full-bodied and subtly bold with elegant flavors of dried fruit and spice with a velvety finish.
