A wine with a deep, ruby ​​red color and a dense texture. The pronounced and elegant bouquet intertwines fruity sensations with maturation in large oak barrels. We find notes of blackcurrant, blueberry, blackberry and mulberry, which are combined with violet, licorice, fern and humus. Over time, aromas of chocolate and coffee open up. The taste is intense, fine. We perceive softness, with nicely integrated alcohol, which is both refreshing and tannic. The tannins are youthful, dry our mouth and play with freshness in an intense and long-lasting, elegant taste. A wine with a strong body and an elegant taste, confirming the aromas of black berries, pepper and smoke. A wine that will be the perfect accompaniment to a Florentine steak, or a dish featuring game accompanied by some chocolate or other sweet sauce.

The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is darkly seductive, with an intense blend of dried black cherries, incense, cedar and ash lifted by hints of fresh mint. This is surprisingly fresh and vibrant on the palate, with juicy red and black fruits that swirl across a stream of zesty acidity as sweet tannins form toward the close. Violet pastille comes together with blackberries and hints of graphite through the long and classically structured finale. In a word, fantastic. The 2021 remains lively and spry throughout yet still complex and refined, all at just 13% abv. Well done.
