Deep purple-red in color, this Cabernet Sauvignon is characterized by aromas of cassis and mint, with some notes of dried figs and raspberries, and from the oak barrel it expresses notes of vanilla and spice. The tannins are ripe and integrated, and it is a dense and concentrated wine. It is an intense, ripe, complex yet elegant wine. We recommend this wine with fatty meats such as grilled sirloin steak or leg of lamb with garnishes such as roasted pumpkin or sweet potato with vanilla notes.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserva from Isla de Maipo is one-fifth aged in barrels for 12 months. Garnet in color. The ripe nose offers notes of candied red currant and gentle pyrazine aromas. Smooth in feel with round, polished tannins, mild freshness and bold flavor, it ends with a cleansing finish.
