CUISH PRODUCTORES ORGANICOS DE SPR DE RI, is an association of traditional master mezcaleros of Oaxaca, for that reason, mezcal producers with a wide rate of agave species coming from the different producing regions of the state. The role of the traditional Mezcal in the communities is of utmost importance to the social traditions and their social expressions. It is inconceivable any religious or social celebration without Mezcal. This is why our process is 100% artisanal. Using only mature agave plants and respecting the customs of the different towns of Oaxaca. After a long 7 years of maturation and in some varieties up to more than 18 years, they manage to give us those amazing qualities. We can appreciate them through their perfumes and pure flavors in each bottle.
