The wine has a pink/salmon color. The nose is intense, delicate, floral with hints of broom, fruity with hints of blackberry and cherry. The palate is dry, fresh, saline and mineral, lightly tannic and with a distinct aromatic persistence of red fruit notes. This wine pairs well with cold cuts, fresh cheeses, vegetables, white meats, fish and shellfish.

Lightly tawny in color, this deeply hued rosé features flavors of dried macerated cherry and strawberry fruit, minerally accents of iron and smoke and a delicate overtone of cured tobacco. Fresh and balanced, with light, chalky tannins on the finish. Pair this with salumi or grilled chicken and fish. Drink now. 3,333 cases made, 400 cases imported.

The 2021 Rosato Etna displays a translucent, vibrant red color in the glass. On the nose, it shows and intense mix of crushed rocks, sour cherries and dusty rose that captivates. It's unexpectedly deep and textural, boasting medium-bodied weight, along with a sweet and sour interplay of ripe strawberries and zesty citrus. The 2021 tapers off a bit shorter than anticipated, leaving the palate clean and classically dry. I really enjoy the aromatics and palate performance, but this loses my interest through the finale.
