For those who like a softer, sweeter style of Cognac, this young but evolved Cognac, characteristic of the Borderies cru, has achieved affine balance between wood and alcohol. An intense and aromatic nose offers hints of wood, banana flambé and white fruit. This young but evolved cognac, characteristic of the Borderies cru, has already achieved a fine balance between wood and alcohol. On tasting, the attack is delightful; the middle is round and sweet and finishes with a mild sensation of bitter-sweet. A 5 year-old cognac that is surprisingly round and mature. For those who prefer: a softer, sweeter-style cognac. This five year-old has a miraculous balance of wood, tannins and soft fruit. Perfect for those just starting to drink artisan cognac.
