A blend of 100% cabernet sauvignon from all ten vineyard blocks of the Cimarossa estate, this wine represents the best that Howell Mountain has to offer. Elevation ranges from 1600-2100 feet; several soil types; sun exposures from the east, west and north. The wine was aged for 22 months in French Oak barrels, 35% of which were new. Black cherry, mulberry, licorice and lingering spice are some of the notes that are layered into this energetic, focused Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is rich with sweet tannin, perfect to drink now and a top candidate for your cellar.
