Very pale straw with a light green rim. An amalgam of aromatics working in harmony - primarily yellow stone fruit (nectarine) and honeydew melon with soft pistachio nougat... and enchantingly/unexpectedly from this white grape variety, blueberry bavarois! Barely recognizable savory French oak imparts a sensitive touch to sign off on a complex and appealing nose. A soft and delicate mouth coating/laminated acidity fills out the palate and gently conveys the fermented spoils of Adelaide Hills Chardonnay. Showing more of a citrus edge, with lime splice and finger lime sweetness. Enticing teacake sponge flavors varietally laced with finely grated lemon zest. Already ready, yet no need to hurry - balanced and complete.

Schug Sonoma Coast Chardonnay 2018The Sonoma Coast Chardonnay is produced with minimal use of new oak, which allows the bright varietal character to shine through. It was harvested from select vineyards located in the Sonoma Coast appellation, including the cooler microclimates of western Carneros, southern Sonoma Valley and the Petaluma Gap. It has a spicy apple aroma with hints of nutmeg and cream. Silky textured, it has delicate flavors of fresh fennel, pear and ripe apple. Terredora di Paolo Falanghina 2019Pale yellow color. Offers a rich and intense aroma of fruit with hints of apple, pineapple, quince and pear. It is fresh and clean in the mouth with excellent acidity, good structure and a floral finish. A wine for the whole meal equally at home with hors d’oeuvres, soups, fish dishes, cold dishes, buffalo mozzarella and fresh cheeses.
Catena Chardonnay 2018The Catena Chardonnay combines the unique expressions of three high altitude vineyard sites. The wine shows an intense greenish color with yellow notes. The extraordinary combination of these vineyards offer honey and tropical fruit flavors while lending notes of citrus, pears, peaches, and white flowers with a strong minerality and a delicated note of vanilla. The mouthfeel is clean, with a fresh, clean acidity. Mossback Russian River Valley Chardonnay 2018Mossback Chardonnay is an elegant example of fruit harvested from the Aquarius Vineyard in the heart of the Russian River Valley. This wine was primarily cold-fermented to accentuate the classic characteristics of grapes grown in this cool-climate, Sonoma County appellation. Beautiful pear and flfloral aromas lead to flflavors of stone fruit, tangerine, honey and lime zest. A small percentage of the wine was fermented and aged in oak to add texture and a pretttty vanilla note. This is a bright and vibrant Chardonnay with a fifinish that lingers with the creaminess from the French-oak aging. Pair this with spring rolls, oysters, ceviche or a lobster bisque.

Palate: The wine is medium bodied and linear but retains generous focused citrus fruit flavors with sleek, balanced and crisp acidity. The wine remains vivacious and fresh on the finish with clean citrus fruit and stony minerality. The wine has a long, very pleasant lingering finish. DeMorgenzon DMZ Chardonnay 2017DeMorgenzon, ’the morning sun,’ was so named because it is the first part of the Stellenboschkloof valley to see the sun because of its high altitude and aspects. We cover the top southern and eastern slopes of Ribbokkop, overlooking the pinnacle of Kanonkop from where a cannon was fired to alert the farms in the region that a ship had put into Table Bay. The first road from Cape Town to Stellenbosch ran through the Stellenbosch Kloof.

Notes of ripe fruit, especially apricot and peaches, combine with further notes of honey, hazelnut and almond. These aromas are enhanced by delicate hints of vanilla, a product of its barrel ageing. Palate: this wine stands out for its balance and harmony. Its body, volume and roundness provide it with a great presence and lengthy finish.
Terranoble Chardonnay 2018This Chardonnay of bright pale-yellow color, shows aromas of fresh fruits, especially pears, apples and pineapple.
