Appearance: An amber colored wine. Mouth Feel: Dry, ample and well balanced to the palate. Aroma: It is very complex to the nose with clear hints of hazelnut. Food Pairing: It is a very pleasant aperitif and can accompany meat and game dishes. To be served slightly chilled. Drink as an aperitif and accompanying soups, white meats and blue fish. It perfectly combines with vegetables (asparagus and artichokes).
