Tasting Notes: Vivid and flavorful! The 2016 vintage of our Oregon Pinot Gris comes almost entirely from our vineyard, Chalice, located in the southern Willamette Valley. Its nose is bright and a little bit tropical, with aromas of pineapple, papaya, and tangerine. It’s crisp and clean on the palate and the tropical fruits carry through with notes of pineapple and subtle grapefruit.

Fermented entirely in stainless steel, this is a snappy, sharp, fruity wine with plenty of fresh pear flavor. The low alcohol helps to emphasize the acidity, brightening the flavors and giving the mouthfeel a refreshing juiciness.
