The taste is immediately rich and fat for Sancerre, with above-average weight, framed by a backbone of ripe acidity. The finish possesses attractive complexity, with intriguing dusty and herbal notes, and a long aromatic signature. This is an elegant, nuanced Sancerre, and it deserves elaborate, refined cuisine.
