Scents of dried pineapple and papaya suggest a tropical ripeness to the wine, but it’s fully dry and almost chewy with tannic grip. The initial volatility may not appeal to everyone, but if you decant and keep it open for several days, it will take you on an adventure of evolving aromas and flavors
