Terrazas de los Andes Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2012Deep red color. The nose is intense and complex. Notes of rich red fruit together with spices, red pepper and rosemary combine harmoniously with vanilla and caramel nuances derived from its ageing in oak barrels. On the palate, rounded with a great structure and concentration. The sweet tannins portray a smooth, vivacious wine with a full body, whilst the fruit and spices display an intensely aromatic bouquet.
Andrew Murray Tous les Jours Syrah 2014The Syrah Tous les Jours is a quintessential Santa Ynez Valley Syrah. It is simul- taneously Bold and Balanced, Rich and Smooth, Fruit Forward and Earthy. It is impossibly dark and full-bodied, without ever going over the top. It is heavily inspired by Northern Rhone Syrah (Hermitage) and Australian Shiraz (Barossa Valley). The aromas and flavors are dominated by black cherry, raspberry, white pepper, forrest floor and toasty oak. It is absolutely unique and special expression of Syrah. Sierra Cantabria Crianza 2011This wine comes from three proprietary vineyards: La Veguilla, Jararte, and Valgrande located around the towns of San Vicente de la Sonsierra and Labastida. Soils are calcareous clay with gravel. Careful hand harvesting of perfectly mature clusters with good sanitary conditions and additional selection made in the winery using a sorting table. The Rioja Crianza (100% Tempranillo aged 14 months in used American and French oak, and bottled unfiltered) exhibits a complex nose of roasted herbs, sweet cherries, earth, and vanilla. Medium-bodied, with attractively sweet fruit, decent acidity, and silky tannin, it can be enjoyed over the next 2-3 years. The wine undergoes 21 days maceration with two pump-overs daily during the first 11 days and a light pump-over every day after that. Temperature controlled fermentation. Aged 14 months in 2-3 years old Bordelaise barrels of American and French oak with racking every four months. Bottled unfiltered.

Jean-Maurice Raffault Chinon Les Galuches 2014The Galuches lieu-dit is an ancient river bed of the Loire. The name of parcel derives from the presence of gravel. According the records from the era, vines were already well established in this sector by the 1830s. The Cabernet Franc ripens very well in the domaine's 10 hectare holding on a sand and gravel soil. The Galuches is always among the first site to be picked because the soil warms up quickly and drains very well. The wine is very aromatic and is noted for its bouquet of violets, followed by lush and supple dark berry/cherry fruit.
Boekenhoutskloof The Wolftrap 2015Wolftrap is a spicy, aromatic, red blend that has been French oak matured. The oak adds sweet vanilla nuances which complement the soft tannins and generous mouthfeel. It’s a great value. Lots of seductive ripe black fruits here, with some meaty spicy character. The name is a tribute to the pioneers who in the early days of the Cape erected a wolf trap at Boekenhoutskloof. To date, no wolf either real or mystical has been seen in the valley.

The core of our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon comes from three sites situated within the Oak Knoll, Rutherford and Oakville AVA's. The Oak Knoll Cabernet site exemplifies its provenance with incredible balance. It is not "over-the-top." The lot from the Rutherford AVA contributed richness and a regal Cabernet purity. Our Oakville District Merlot site again strutted its stuff, delivering deep color, high-quality grape tannin and aromatics. Collectively, TEXTBOOK 2014 showcases superlative "Napa Valley Cabernet" in a classic, delicious and well-mannered way.
Montes Alpha Cabernet Sauvignon 2013WS It is a sophisticated elegant wine. Beautiful ruby red color, Intense cassis, strawberry flavors, with combined hints of black cherries and chocolate. Oak is not predominant but well combined and still present in the background in order to keep the fruit as a principal character of this wine. Solid and ripe tannins but with 2 years of aging already soft and friendly. An outstanding wine for bottle aging (5-10 years).

Domaine la Garrigue Cotes du Rhone Cuvee Romaine 2015Cuvee Romaine is a wine with a personality. The marriage of Grenache (50%) and Syrah (50%) gives it really distinctive characteristics. This is a structured wine that makes a great partnership with red meat, meat in sauce, game and flavourful cheeses.
Palacios Remondo La Montesa 2014Palacios Remondo La Montesa is a red wine from La Rioja produced by Bodegas Palacios Remondo. The technical director, Alvaro Palacios, is known for producing one of the most coveted wines from Spain, L'Ermita, in his Priorat winery. Palacios Remondo La Montesa is a blend of typical varieties of La Rioja: Tempranillo, Garnacha and Mazuelo. The grapes come from vineyards planted at an altitude of 550 metres, at the foot of Mount Yerga, in the municipality of Alfaro, in lower Rioja. The soils are mainly limestone and clay with many stones. The climate is Mediterranean with Atlantic influences, with a large temperature difference between winter and summer, allowing an excellent ripening of the grapes. Harvesting is done manually, using periods of little sunlight to keep the grapes fresh. Once in the winery, the grapes are destemmed and go through a selection process before maceration at low temperature for 23 days to extract all the aromas. Palacios Remondo La Montesa is fermented in stainless steel tanks for three weeks. Once, it has passed through French oak barrels (90%) and American oak barrels, (10%) it is aged for 12 months. 20% are new barrels, 30% barrels have contained one wine previously, 25% have contained 2 wines and 25% have contained 3 wines.

A lovely butterscotch and slight spiciness is well integrated with subtle notes of vanilla from the oak aging. A full-bodied wine, with ripe tannins and voluptuous mid-palate and a long, very enjoyable, finish.
Renwood Zinfandel 2013Aromas of fresh cherries and plum jam greet you in the glass, followed by hints of dried oregano. This Zinfandel is ultra-soft on the palate and balanced with mouth-watering acidity. Packed with distinct flavors of strawberry preserves, raspberry, and even a touch of pluot, this wine is a lovely example of California's native varietal.
