Argyle Nuthouse Pinot Noir 20122012 Nuthouse Pinot Noir comes from the low-elevation, warm, southeastern slope of our Lone Star Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA. Brilliantly garnet in color, the aromas are initially delicate and ethereal, hinting at fresh rose petal and red earth. As it opens up, more complex aromas emerge of dark chocolate, anise, and wild cherries. The mid palate is deep and creamy, poised against firm tannins and long, savory acid. You'll want to drink it right out of the gate, as this 2012 vintage comes to you fully assembled, but don't sleep on aging this little beauty, as she's got many, many years to go in the bottle. Grilled venison loin with saffron white beans, almond romesco, and bone marrow toast.
Calera Central Coast Pinot Noir 2013Aromas of boysenberry, blueberry, spice and sandalwood lead you into this alluring 2013 Central Coast Pinot Noir with its graceful yet structured body. Flavors of black plum, graphite, cinnamon hearts, cherry cola, forest floor, oolong tea and a faint whisper of watermelon meander across the palate into a lively, bright and very flavorful finish.
Idilico Garnacha 2012The wine exhibits aromas of tart cherry, strawberry jam with hints of moist rock and some citrus notes. In the palate the wine is medium bodied with luscious mouthfeel and a lingering finish.
Domaine Besson Givry Les Grands Prétans 2013Wine Information: • Fermentation is all done with indigenous yeasts after a brief 3-5 day cold maceration • Aging 12 months in a combination of large 500L and traditional 228L barriques – 50% new Winery Information: Xavier Besson holds 7 hectares of vines in the appellation of Givry, having inherited the estate in 1989 from his parents. Most of the vines are in the immediate area around the domaine (or chateau, really) with ‘Les Grands Prétans’ vineyard basically their backyard. The domaine is still quite small at 7 hectares and all the work is done by hand always with an aim for low yields and big, ripe fruit. The vineyards are grown in clay soil, with a deep bedrock of limestone from vines that are 30 years old (average). The fermentation is all done with indigenous yeasts after a brief 3-5 day cold maceration. Aging takes place for 12 months in a combination of large 500L and traditional 228L barriques – 50% new. The combination of old vines, conscientious vineyard work, and reasonable yields, all contribute to the crowd pleasing, balanced wines that Besson produces. Farming from superb vineyards like ‘Les Grands Prétans,’ Besson always provides superb Burgundy VALUE: concentrated and densely expressive with brilliant perfume, heady fruit, and a velvety mouthfeel.

The nose is filled with butterscotch, followed by subtle aromas of cherry, cranberry and forest floor. True to the Oregon style, with hints of tea, tart apple, and earthy notes on the palate with a soft finish.
Velenosi Brecciarolo 2013Colour: Ruby with garnet red shades. Bouquet: Intense, with remarkable juicy red fruits hints. Floral bouquet of very fresh violets, with dark spices hints. Elegant vanilla notes complete its complex bouquet. Taste: Persistent, warm, full-bodied and well-orchestrated, it delivers the same notes to the palate as to the nose. Tenuta di Fessina Erse Etna Rosso 2014ERSE, Etna DOC Red, a blend of Nerello Cappuccio and Nerello Mascalese grapes, is the quintessential representation of a traditional Etnean vineyard. Erse is Fessina's most fragrant Etna DOC wine and is named after the Greek goddess of dew. A "morning wine" because of its intensely fruity notes and pleasant freshness. The grapes come from a vineyard lying on an east-facing slope and, thus, shaded from the afternoon heat. An elegant and terroir-driven wine, full-bodied and silky-textured. Immediately enjoyable, it makes the ideal everyday table wine. Pair this wine with braised beef, curries, spicy Mexican dishes, or chicken vindaloo.

Cantele Salice Salentino Riserva 2013Color: Ruby red with garnet streaks. Bouquet: Notes of candied fruits and spices the transition to underbrush, tea and amber hints. Flavor: Tannins and acidity find a pleasant balance. Pairings: Pairs well with roast veal, lamb, game and ripe cheeses.
Altesino Rosso di Montalcino 2014Altesino makes this Rosso di Montalcino entirely from select Sangiovese Grosso grapes sourced from the younger vines in the Altesino, Pianezzine, Macina, and Castelnuovo dell’Abate vineyards. After the fermentation process in stainless steel, the wine ages in large barrels of varied maturity for six to eight months followed by three months in bottle. The final wine is a perfect and accessible introduction to the terroir of Montalcino.
Domaine Ninot Rully Chaponnière 2014Domaine Ninot goes back 700 years to 1313! Its holdings are in the villages of Rully and Mercurey, each of which are capable of producing wines of exquisite value – in both red and white. Colours range from cherry ruby to dark garnet. Aromas of black and red fruits make up the bouquet. Supple and round, the body is well structured. The tannins and the fruit produce a complex palate.
Dry Creek Cabernet Sauvignon 2013This rich wine displays inviting aromas of fresh cherries with a hint of blueberry followed by berry flavors with some notes of cigar, spice and sweet oak. Firm age-worthy tannins and a long finish complete this well-structured, focused wine. Wonderful with roasted lamb or grilled steaks, our Cabernet Sauvignon is drinkable now but worthy of additional aging time.
Swanson Vineyards Merlot 2013Expressive aromas of plums, crushed rip cherry's and a touch of cassis surround the opaque red-purple hue of this full bodied merlot. On the palate the tannins are powerful and balanced perfectly with the flavors of red fruits, pomegranate, cedar wood and a touch of dried oregano. A wine that will develop gracefully over the next 7-10 years.
Humberto Canale Estate Pinot Noir 2015Tasting notes- This wine has an attractive garnet colour. On the nose there are notes of spice and candied fruit with nuances of fresh red berries such as strawberries and cherries. Its ageing in oak is emphasised with a smoky vanilla aroma. In the mouth, it is delicate in body, with soft tannins and ripe red fruit flavour and a long persistent finish.
Gerard Bertrand Vin Duex Naturel Banyuls 2013A ruby-red colour with shimmering hints of violet. On the nose, it reveals aromas of very ripe red and black fruit. On the palate, the wine is full and well-balanced with jammy aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry, backed by distinctive woody notes.
Rocca delle Macie Rubizzo 2014Color: Brilliant ruby red with violet highlights. Nose: Intense, pleasantly savory with elevated sensations of ripe red fruit. Taste: Sapid, smooth and full bodied. Suggested Pairings: Perfect for every course, it is particularly suited to pair with pasta and red or white meat, along with spicy foods and fish entrees or soups and roasted fish.
Hedges CMS Red 2012Dark, deep ruby color. Aromas of black cherry, blackberry, sweet plum fruit and sweet toasted oak with undertones of ripe melon, dried herbs and vanilla with hints of cocoa powder, tobacco and graham cracker. On the palate toasted oak and graham cracker with lively acidity, darker berry fruits, cocoa powder and sweetness, good body with well integrated tannins that linger on the long finish. A nicely balanced wine, with enough acid and tannin to make this a more serious, longer lived wine that will go well with food.
Brigaldara Valpolicella Classico 2014The wine has a vibrant ruby red colour and aromas of cherries, vanilla and spices. On the palate, it is dry, velvety and medium bodied.
