Rock Town Distillery Bottled In Bond 5th Anniversary Arkansas Straight Bourbon Whiskey 375ml

SKU 18359

The Fifth Anniversary Bourbon is distilled using the same process as Rock Town's award winning Arkansas Bourbon but is aged for 4 years in 53 gallon barrels and is "bottled-in-bond" at 100 proof. This is a one time, limited edition bottling. As originally laid out in the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, to be labeled as Bottled-in-Bond, the bourbon must be the product of one distillation season (January to December) and one distiller at one distillery. It must have been aged in a federally bonded warehouse under U.S. government supervision for at least four years and bottled at 100 proof (50% alcohol by volume). The bottled product's label must identify the distillery where it was distilled and, if different, where it was bottled. Only spirits produced in the United States may be designated as bonded. This Bourbon was made in early 2011, mashed from Arkansas Corn, Arkansas Wheat and malted barley, fermented, distilled, aged for 4 years, bottled and packaged at the distillery in Little Rock.
