Winemaker's Notes
Bright ruby-red color, this wine offers layered notes of cherry, mulberry and raspberry. On the palate, it is complex and supple, with ripe berry flavors framed by silky tannins. A delicious Sicilian red at a great value!
The right choice for eggplant parmigiana, pasta with meat sauce, meatballs, sausages, pizza and roasted meats.

The 2020 Nero d' Avola is darkly inward today, showing only hints of dusty black currant and sage. This is a soft and fruit forward effort, yet with bright acidity and saline mineral tones that balance it all out nicely. It finishes with medium-length while leaving purple-toned florals to linger.
