This classic cabernet sauvignon is crafted from various blocks of vines on the estate, giving it complexity and balance. Youthful, leafy and very pure, with blackcurrant pastille fruit, tangy acidity and the fine tannins that are the hallmark of the glass collection wines.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Glass Collection is one of the best from this range, displaying better delineation and more varietal expression in its blackberry, tobacco and light sous-bois scents. The palae is medium-bodied with ripe, pliant tannins and sweet black cherry fruit laced with soy toward the finish. Fine.

Sweet notes of plum jam are accented by a dash of black pepper on the nose. Black fruit, vanilla and light notes of herbs are backed by grainy tannins. This is a medium-weight Cabernet with a ripe character and medium finish.
