Garnet red with brilliant hues. Nose is noble, complex, of the utmost elegance. Ethereal notes of small red fruits, rose petals and tea sweet spice leaves aristocratic, remarkable fine tannins and the finish is long, balanced full of flavour. Pair with risotto, braised veal shank, lamb with herbs.

A rich, round red, with mint, menthol and licorice aromas and flavors framing a core of cherry and plum fruit. Shows ample tannins on the back end, but the ripe fruit returns in the end. Best from 2024 through 2038.

The 2019 Barbaresco Reyna is bright, fruity and forward, all of which make it a fine choice for drinking now and over the next handful of years. Sweet floral accents, spice and a kick of orange peel lend freshness. There's lovely depth and density here.
