Tvishi is the only natural Semi Sweet white wine in the GWS range and has been selected for its crispness of flavour to balance the sweetness on the palate. The wine is fermented with natural yeast which gives it a particular flavour for the region as the isolation has seen the yeast strains develop and grow in a unique direction. Color: The wine is light to mid-straw in color. Nose: The nose exhibits crisp lemon tones and a touch of buttery yeast from the wild fermentation. Palate: The palate shows initial crispness that is followed by a soft yeasty finish balanced with tight acidity and obvious retained fruit sugars. There is a nice citrus, lemon peel overtone to the fruit but the most obvious characteristic is the soft yeasty tones from the fermentation.
