A ripe yet also racy Sauvignon Blanc, the 2019 Sauvignon Blanc gives up a beautiful nose of crisp lime, mint, and sappy green herbs to go with a medium-bodied, fresh, lively style on the palate. It has lots of greenish, slightly grassy aromas and flavors, but it brings beautiful fruit, purity, and a clean, classy finish, all making for a terrific Sauvignon that's going to be versatile on the dinner table.
