On October 25th, from 6:30 to 9:30PM, Our Lady of Calvary Retreat Center is hosting a gourmet Wine Tasting & Silent Auction at their retreat house. The Hospitality Financial & Technology Professionals, Northern CT Chapter, has agreed to co-sponsor this fundraiser event! Please come out to mingle with your peers, meet new people and have some fun!
One of central Connecticut’s top wine purveyors, Toast Wines By Taste of West Hartford, will select choice varietals for you to sample, as they share their expertise about the proper selection of wines to complement your favorite foods. Hors d'oeuvres will be served, along with pastries and coffee.
Also that night, along with robust wine and scrumptious finger foods, the event features a Silent Auction. Weekend get-aways, Spa treatments, gourmet dining, sports memorabilia, specialty wine baskets and other not-to-be missed items will be available for bid. Of course, Toast Wines By Taste will be offering wine items; and for the golfer, a state-of-the-art MacGregor putter has just been donated. You'll love the selection so come prepared to bid often!
Attendance will be limited to the first 150 connoisseurs who return their RSVP form. Single tickets are priced at $25 and reservations for couples at $40 (pre-payment is required).
