Reception: Scallops wrapped in bacon, Panco fried shrimp with a spicy orange ginger dip, chicken brushetta on crustini, asparagus wrapped in puff pastry, assorted cheese and fruit crudite
Wine pairing: St. Supery Estate Sauvignon Blanc
Appetizer: Proscuitto wrapped dried figs with saffron rice served with a brandy cream reduction
Wine pairing: St. Supery Virtu White
Salad: Sliced black pepper beef tenderloin over mixed greens tossed in a balsamic aioli and sprinkled with feta cheese

Entrée: Roast Pork loin with fresh roasted fennel, finished with a sherry wine sundried tomato demi-glaze with Yukon gold potatoes

Dessert: Floating swans, cream putt filled with pastry cream, peaches and whip cream served with a melba sauce
