Corte Giara Pinot Grigio 2008
Corte Giara The southwest facing hills of Lake Garda are a perfect setting for Pinot Grigio vines. The crumbly soils at 700 feet above sea level, along with high-density planting and careful selection, give this wine a depth and bouquet not usually found in Pinot Grigios at this price point. This wine is made from 100% Pinot Grigio and is bright straw yellow in color with a fresh floral bouquet reminiscent of acacia flowers. Fresh and well-balanced with good depth and a long, attractive finish, Corte Giara Pino Grigio is a great wine for the summer. Recommended with shellfish, paella, chicken salad, pasta and other light fare. All sizes are 750mL unless otherwise noted.
